The company Transfood works exclusively on the basis of the following business and delivery conditions. The application of different terms and conditions is excluded.
The goods remain the property of Transfood until they have been paid for in full. As long as ownership has not yet passed, the customer must immediately notify Transfood in writing if the goods delivered are seized or exposed to other interventions by third parties.
The delivery of the goods takes place exclusively up to the curb. The customer is solely responsible for bringing the goods to the warehouse or shop.
The buyer must inspect the goods immediately after delivery and notify Transfood in writing of any defects or shortages. If the customer fails to notify us in a timely manner, the goods are deemed approved, unless the defect could not be identified during inspection.
Section 377 of the German Commercial Code applies to commercial transactions. Further business and delivery terms are governed by the agreements between Transfood Wholesale and the customer.
